 | MEETING MINUTES
We discussed removing Day of Defeat: Source from our third server and making it a deathmatch server. It was voted on and passed. Look forward to this going live later this week. Maybe we can populate this server and make it a big success as we've done with the GG server.
We also discussed reconfiguring how the ranking system works. We decided that we are going to wipe everyones rank and set the ranking system to kills minus deaths. This is the way we had it in the beginning when we first started INDY and most that were present agreed that it would be a good change.
The indy CAL team ended their season at 5 and 3. Nice job this season guys. I bet they do even better next season.
The regular CS:S TWL team has their semi finals coming up soon.. wish them the best of luck.
We discussed our vote in and recruiting process. It was decided that we would continue to vote people in as we have in the past. But from the policy has changed in that for 1 month after being voted in the applicants must wear a recruit tag. At the end of that month, these applicants will be revoted on to see if they fit in with the INDY community.
We also discussed guidelines for disciplinary action for any INDY member that fails to follow INDY rules and conduct, or otherwise becomes disruptive to the servers / community and its occupants.
